Michael Bachmann is senior vice president and chief financial officer of Hearst Entertainment & Syndication, the operating group responsible for Hearst’s cable network partnerships, digital video entertainment and music streaming businesses, cable and digital video production, and comics syndication and character licensing operations.

Bachmann was formerly vice president and chief finance and administrative officer of Hearst Entertainment & Syndication. He began his career with Hearst in 1996 and has since held a number of senior roles within the group, playing an integral part in strengthening and expanding Hearst Entertainment & Syndication’s many dynamic properties.

Prior to joining the company, Bachmann held accounting positions at Reliance Group Holdings, Great Lakes Insurance SE and W.R. Grace & Co.

Bachmann is a graduate of Manhattan College and received his Master of Business Administration in finance from Pace University.
